Accessibility statement

The Riddoch is dedicated to providing an Arts & Cultural Centre that is accessible to everyone, and have been working with Purple Orange to achieve meaningful change.

The centre has an automated front door accessed by a push button, and is equipped with lifts to different levels of the centre and galleries. Wheelchair access is achievable throughout our galleries, amenities and public programs. We have implemented high-contrast signage on our digital displays for way-finding.

We are also dedicated to providing positive ageing friendly events for seniors in our community, which are highlighted in our program marketing.

There are still improvements to make, and we will continue to strive towards change that results in inclusivity.

We acknowledge the Boandik Peoples as the traditional custodians of the land we meet on today. We respect their spiritual relationship with the land and recognise the deep feelings of attachment our First Nations Peoples have with the land.
