Pinot GrisPinot Gris: Made with fruit from our vineyards. One of the signature grape varieties for the Mount Gambier region. Pear and apple flavours, best with Asian foods, salads, white meats, fish, pasta and on any occasion.

Pinot NoirPinot Noir: Made with fruit from our vineyards. One of the signature grape varieties for the Mount Gambier region. Red berry fruit flavours, matches well with most foods. A challenging variety to grow and to make into wine, subtle flavours, aged in oak.

ShirazShiraz: Made with fruit sourced from the warmer Padthaway region. A big red with intense plum and black cherry flavours. Best with grilled meats, casseroles, strong cheese. Will cellar well.
