Artist Talk & Felting Masterclass – with Zetta Kanta

Join artist Zetta Kanta for this masterclass exploring the art of felting, its origins and why it is her choice of medium. Dive deeper into unlocking the artistic aspect of creating and finding meaning in lines, shapes, connections and texture through the creation of an abstract landscape tapestry.

You will have the opportunity to play with fleeces from rare breeds of Australian sheep, discovering different textures and how they create an emotional connection between the artwork and the viewer.
Zetta will also share insights about her practice and the creation of her work.

All materials and morning tea supplied. BYO lunch.

Previous felting experience is recommended as techniques shown will be of an intermediate/advanced level.

Suitable for ages 18+.
