Ready to explore edible insects?

Seated at a communal dining table, you will learn about the case for edible insects and uncover their flavour before exploring insect-based dishes in augmented reality (AR).

This interactive and social experience is designed to challenge, delight and start a conversation about insects and food.

Two session times:
10:00am – 1:00pm
2:00pm – 4:00pm

No bookings required. Seatings will run every 20 minutes during session times and can accommodate 6 people.
If the next seating is full you can register for a later seating on the day.

Everyday Entomophagy was developed through collaboration between researchers at the University of Adelaide, Monkeystack Pty Ltd and Post Dining, with financial support from Inspiring SA (Arts and Science Grant 2022), Monkeystack Pty Ltd and the University of Adelaide.
