Join Chef Ian Perry in a hands-on Masterclass in the City Hall’s Commercial kitchen, as he takes you on an Italian culinary journey to create Fettuccine Carbonara.

Cost $80 – includes cooking session, recipe handout, followed by a shared meal and complimentary glass of wine by Caroline Hills Winery.
