1 - 31 August 2023
Commercial Street window display

The South Australian Living Artists (SALA) Festival is a statewide festival of visual art. The Festival promotes and celebrates the many talented visual artists in South Australia, encouraging all South Australian visual artists of any level and working in any medium to participate. Beginning as ‘SALA Week’ in 1998, the Festival now spans the entire month of August, involving over 600 venues across the state and over 9,000 participating artists.

During SALA our Commercial Street window display will come alive with work from three local artists demonstrating their creative talents.

We acknowledge the Boandik Peoples as the traditional custodians of the land we meet on today. We respect their spiritual relationship with the land and recognise the deep feelings of attachment our First Nations Peoples have with the land.
