Gabriel Strachan

Hi I’m Gabriel.  I’m 12 years old and born and raised in Mt Gambier. I have loved music for as long as I can remember.  One day I  hope to forge a career in music.

I play multiple instruments and am a regular busker around town. I’ve performed at some fantastic community events, including the Australia Day Breakfast, the Blue Lake Carols and as a guest artist at the 2021 SA Festival of Music. I enjoy writing my own songs and have posted some of these on my youtube channel. (Gabe’s Music World).  I have just written a piece of music for my school, Tenison Woods College, that will be played by an 11 piece big band.  I hope you enjoy listening to my music as much as I enjoy performing.

Christy & Jason Wallace

CHRISTY Wallace has taken her songs from the Limestone Coast to renowned passenger train The Ghan and abroad on artist residencies in France. Joined by her husband Jason on guitar and often with their son Jimmy on drums, the trio’s gracious approach has won over crowds wherever they go, with a country-folk style mixed with other genres and relatable original songs of life in regional Australia. This creative element is mixed with a repertoire of acoustic recreations of popular country, folk and rock songs. Adjusting their show to match the crowd, they are just as comfortable playing well-known songs at upbeat parties as delivering touching cabaret-style concerts as part of festivals and other events sharing the stories behind their own compositions. Christy’s album Angel on Earth, recorded with Bill Chambers, is available on various online platforms.

At sixteen, Ellyana travelled overseas to Los Angeles to attend a vocal and artistry summer camp where she developed her performance and songwriting skills, working with artists in the industry. Ellyana continues to enjoy songwriting and performing throughout the community.

In the Lounge

We are a three-piece band featuring male and female vocals, an array of guitar sounds and versatile keys. Playing old favorites in a new way, alongside some catchy lesser-known tunes, we’ll get your toes tapping as you enjoy a gathering.

In the Lounge can re-create the comfort of lounging with friends in an outdoor or indoor venue. With a largely acoustic vibe, we prefer to set the scene – not dominate it.

In our repertoire you’ll find Missy Higgins, Crowded House, Vance Joy, Talking Heads, The Waifs, Fastball, Bruno Mars, The Cranberries, Paul Kelly, Mondo Rock and many more. We look forward to sharing it with you soon!

Fi and Frenz

Fi and Frenz have been performing together for 5 years as a 2, 3 or 4 piece band, at Festivals, cafe’s, clubs, restaurants and wineries throughout Limestone Coast, Western Victoria and Adelaide, playing a range of Jazz standards, including Ballads, Blues, Latin and a touch of Soul from the early 20th Century through to the Contemporary Jazz of the present day. We love to put a Jazz twist on popular, contemporary music giving it our unique style and sound.

Anne Fraser

It’s a little bit different, my story, I’m a late bloomer! I grew up watching my father and family members play the organ, harmonica, piano accordion, sing and play guitar. I credit my father and my uncles for my lyrical journey, as they were talented writers and poets.

I am very passionate about my music and have a love for many genres and am grateful for the connections and collaborations that have supported me along my musical way.

I like to think I am telling a story
Rather than singing a song
I like to think I’m dreaming a poem
Where all the words just belong.

Kiahna Little

My name is Kiahna, I am 10 years old and love music. I have been singing for about 4 years starting with Fireflies and now doing solo lessons. In July 2020 I started learning the guitar. I enjoy going to concerts and festivals. The genre of music that I like is country and pop. I am looking to increase my performance skills, through busking and performing opportunities.
